Landore Resources Limited01 May 2007 Landore Resources Limited ("Landore" or "the Company") Result of AGM Landore is pleased to announce that all the resolutions put to the shareholdersof the Company at the annual general meeting held today were duly passed. Further to the announcement made by the Company on 17 April 2007, applicationhas been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 21,285,740 newordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Placing Shares") to trading on AIMpursuant to the placing with Consolidated Press Group. It is expected thatadmission will become effective and that dealings in the Placing Shares willcommence on 2 May 2007. Following admission of the Placing Shares there will be 121,632,798 ordinaryshares of 1p each in issue.
