At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held at 10.00 am today, all resolutions were duly passed save that voting on Resolution 1 to receive the report of the Directors and the financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2011 was adjourned until 23 July 2012 at 10.00 a.m. owing to the timing of publication of those documents.
