Results of Annual General Meeting
At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 11 March 2009, all Resolutions set out in the AGM Notice sent to Shareholders dated 6 February 2009 were duly passed.
Pursuant to paragraph 14.3.6 of the Listing Rules, details of the resolutions passed relating to special business of the Company are being submitted to the UK Listing Authority ("UKLA") and will shortly be made available via the UKLA's document viewing facility, which is situated at The Financial Authority, 25 The Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
