Result of AGM
At the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of e2v technologies plc held yesterday, all
the Resolutions contained in the Notice of Meeting and put to the meeting were
duly passed.
Details of the proxy votes received by the Company before the AGM in respect of
each resolution will shortly be available on the Company's website www.e2v.com
Copies of all resolutions concerning special business passed at the AGM will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing
