Result of AGM
Scientific Digital Imaging plc is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.
Harry Tee, Chairman of SDI, made the following statement:
"I am happy to say that the Company has seen no material change in its key markets over recent months and that trading continues to be satisfactory at SDI.
The board continues to have confidence in the Group's overall performance and strategy".
