ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING: 2016
dotdigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service ("SaaS") and managed services to digital marketing professionals held its AGM at 11.30am today at the Company's offices, No. 1 London Bridge, London, SE1 9BG.
The Board is pleased to announce that all ten resolutions were duly passed. These included resolution five relating to the Directors recommending a final dividend of 0.43 pence per ordinary share for the year ended 30 June 2016, an uplift of 19% over last year and resolution six, recommending a special dividend of 0.41p per ordinary share. The final dividend and special dividend, totalling 0.84 pence per ordinary share, will be paid on 31 January 2017 to those shareholders on the register as at 13 January 2017.
