Alternative Networks plc, the UK business communications service provider, is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') held earlier today, all resolutions put to shareholders were passed.

James Murray, Executive Chairman, commented on recent news and performance:

"The financial year has started well with sales bookings comfortably in line with management expectations. The phasing of when the orders were signed and the complex nature of a number of them will mean a greater proportion of this revenue will be booked in the second half of the year.

The Group is excited by the strategic direction afforded by the recent acquisitions of Intercept IT and Control Circle."
