Result of Annual General Meeting
Pan Pacific Aggregates plc (AIM:PPA), the British Columbia based aggregates company, is pleased to announce that, at today's Annual General Meeting, resolutions 1 to 7 and resolution 9 were each passed on a show of hands. Resolution 8 was passed by a majority of 74,237,872 votes against 1,876,668 votes on a poll. All the resolutions were contained in the notice of meeting dated 26 April 2010.
