Result of Annual General Meeting

Havelock Europa (AIM:HVE.L), the international interior solutions provider, announces that Resolutions 1 to 4 and 7 proposed at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today as set out in the Notice of General Meeting dated 14 May 2015 were duly passed. Ordinary Resolution 5 and Special Resolution 6 regarding the allotment of shares were not passed.
