Result of Annual General Meeting

Quadrise Fuels International plc ("QFI" or "the Company") is pleased to advise that all the Resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today were duly passed.

At the beginning of the Annual General Meeting the Chairman, Ian Williams, informed the meeting that the Board had decided to withdraw Resolution 6 (disapplication of pre-emption rights).
