Results of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

At the AGM of the Company, held on Monday, 04 October 2010, the proposed resolutions were all duly passed.

The final dividend of 3 pence per share, is payable on 20 October 2010 and will be paid gross. Shareholders who are resident in Jersey are reminded that they must declare their dividend to the tax office upon submitting their annual return.
