Annual General Meeting
Pittards plc ("Pittards" or "the Company"), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors is pleased to confirm that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.
Resolutions 4 and 6, relating respectively to the directors' general authority to allot new shares and to disapply pre-emption rights on an issue of new shares for cash, were withdrawn from the Meeting.
