Paragon Entertainment Limited (AIM:PEL), the AIM-listed design and build, proprietary attractions and licensing and distribution company, is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions set out in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting, sent to shareholders on 20 November 2014, were duly passed at the Annual General Meeting which was held today at 11.00 am.
