Copper Resources Corporation (AIM: CRC.L) announces that all resolutions put before shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 5th December 2007 were passed, with the exception of the reappointment of Sir Sam Jonah, who had already resigned from the Board as announced on 19th November.
