Tiger Royalties and Investments Plc (AIM: TIG), an investment vehicle focused on incubating technology and mining projects, is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held earlier today all resolutions were passed.

Accordingly:
Share Consolidation
Every ten ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company (Existing Shares) which are credited as fully paid will be consolidated into one ordinary share of £0.01 in the capital of the Company (each being a New Consolidated Share). Application has been made for the 440,610,771 New Consolidated Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM (Admission) and Admission will take place at 08.00am on Wednesday 30 July 2025. The following codes will apply:

Record Date - 06.00pm on 29 July 2025
Change of Registered name
The registered name of the Company will be changed to Tiger Alpha PLC. The Company will make a further announcement as to when the name change takes effect.
Total Voting Rights
From Admission, the above figure of 440,610,771 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
