Griffin Mining Ld15 June 2007 Griffin Mining Limited Results of Annual General Meeting Update on Progress at Caijiaying 15th JUNE 2007 At the annual general meeting held today of the shareholders of Griffin MiningLimited ("Griffin" or the "Company"), all resolutions were duly passed. At the meeting the Chairman, Mr. Mladen Ninkov, gave a summary report onprogress at the Caijiaying zinc gold mine. The Chairman reported that: 1. Construction work on the plant upgrade to increase mill throughput to 500,000 tonnes of ore per annum in 2007 and 750,000 tonnes of ore per annum in 2008 and to produce a precious metals concentrate containing gold, silver, copper and lead, by the end of the summer, was underway. 2. A resource was beginning to emerge at zone II two kilometres to the south of the zone III mining area at Caijiaying. 3. The Company continues to evaluate further acquisitions which have the potential to add significant value to the company. Caijiaying continues to deliver excellent results and is expected to continue todo so in the foreseeable long term.
