Results of AGM

 

The Annual General Meeting of Jimmy Choo PLC (the "Company") was held electronically on Thursday 1 June 2017 at 1.00pm.

 

All resolutions were decided on a poll and all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting were passed by shareholders. The full text of each resolution is contained in the notice of Annual General Meeting, which is available on the Company's website www.jimmychooplc.com (with each resolution number below corresponding to the resolution number in the notice).

 

The votes cast on resolutions 9, 11, 11 and 12 relating to the election or re-election of the independent non-executive Directors, have been calculated separately. These resolutions were duly passed by a majority of votes cast by both Independent Shareholders as well as by a majority of votes cast by all Shareholders. The result of the votes cast by the Independent Shareholders and the votes cast by all Shareholders are set out below.
