Result of AGM

easyHotel, the owner, developer, operator and franchisor of "super budget" branded hotels, is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions were duly passed, save for Resolution 6, the re-appointment of Darren Mee as a Director of the Company, which was withdrawn following Mr Mee's resignation from the Company as announced on 24 December 2014.
