Result of Annual General Meeting

At the Company's Annual General meeting to be held at 12 noon today, the Chairman Ken Brooks will make the following statement:

Given that our year end results were only published on 27 June and our Interims are due by the end of September your board feels it inappropriate to publish a Trading Update now. However, I can confirm that we have signed an Option for PIM flat sheet for Australia and are close to concluding terms to widen certain existing licences and grant options or licences. We are working closely with some major waste management, distribution, machinery and supply companies. Our relationship with 2k has been much better and we are presently exploring how that might progress further.

Pursuant to the Company's agreed commercial strategy, your board has agreed to a management and operational restructuring -the first phase of which will be implemented now.

With immediate effect Lee Clayton will become our full time Managing Director and Roger Baynham will move to Executive Deputy Chairman.

I will remain Chairman in a non executive capacity.

Further changes are anticipated. Your board has identified several potential additional directors and managers and intends to implement a pro-active recruitment policy over the next few months.
