Results of Annual General Meeting

The Company is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions were passed on a show of hands.

Copies of the resolutions constituting special business will shortly be submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
