("Gable" or the "Company") Result of Annual General Meeting Following the Annual General Meeting held yesterday, the Board of Gable ispleased to announce that the resolutions proposed to shareholders at the meetingwere passed without exception. The Company is also pleased to announce that Lance Dorian Ranger has beenappointed as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect and Joanna Barrett,Non-Executive Director, has stepped down from the Board in order to pursue otherbusiness commitments. Mr. Ranger is an international trust lawyer based in Switzerland and specialisesin international law and tax planning. He has over 20 years experience in thearea, advising a range of international clients.
