Lok'nStore Group plc, a leading company in the UK self-storage market, announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today all resolutions were duly passed on a poll.
Edward Luker retired from the Board and Jeff Woyda became the senior Independent Director, Chairman of the remuneration committees and a member of the audit committee.
