DeepMatter Group Plc (AIM: DMTR, "Deepmatter", the "Group"), the digital chemistry data and software company, announces that at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

As previously announced, at the end of the AGM Karen Bach retired from the board and Alan Aubrey joined the board as Non-Executive Chairman.
