WORK GROUP PLC

A leading HR consulting services provider

AGM statement

Work Group plc, the AIM listed HR consulting services company, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all the proposed resolutions were duly passed. Simon Howard, Executive Chairman of Work Group, commented:

"Work Group continues to make progress and we are pleased that all the resolutions were passed and in particular that the company will be paying an increased dividend.

In our preliminary results announcement in March we stated our intention to establish an office in Hong Kong and I am pleased to report that this will open in July. Part of the rationale for this development is that it will support existing client relationships and, in particular, our global campus marketing contracts. The new office is planned to increase revenue from the region later in 2008.

We remain alert to opportunities for acquisitions but will be cautious in taking on debt."

Work Group expects to announce its half year results on 23 September 2008.
