Ambrian Capital plc - Result of AGM

LONDON, 29 June 2011 - At the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all the resolutions proposed thereat were duly passed other than Resolution 9 (relating to the disapplication of shareholders pre-emptive rights) which was withdrawn.

At the AGM, the Chairman, Mr Lawrence Banks explained that in view of his age and length of tenure, that he intended to stand down as soon as the Board had selected a suitable successor.
