Oracle Coalfields PLC (AIM:ORCP), the UK developer of a 1.4 billion tonne coal resource in the south-eastern desert of the Sindh Province, Pakistan, today (21 June) held its Annual General Meeting at the offices of Trowers & Hamlins LLP, Sceptre Court, 40 Tower Hill, London EC3N 4DX.

The Directors of the Company confirm that all the resolutions proposed at the meeting were approved.
