RESULT OF AGM

 

 

The Company announces that at its Annual General Meeting, held today at the

offices of Ashurst, Broadwalk House, 5 Appold Street, London, EC2A 2HA, all

resolutions put before the meeting were duly passed.

 

As required by the Listing Rules, a copy of all the resolutions passed, other

than those concerning ordinary business, will be submitted to the UK Listing
