Venture Life (AIM: VLG), a leader in product innovation, development and commercialisation within the global consumer healthcare sector, announces that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held at 10.00am today, all resolutions proposed at the meeting were duly passed by shareholders. Resolution 7 was withdrawn prior to the commencement of the AGM.
