Result of the Annual General Meeting
Monitise plc (LSE: MONI) ("the Company") announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, all resolutions as set out in the Company's Notice of AGM dated 28 September 2015, were approved.
All resolutions were put to the meeting and approved on a poll and the results are detailed below:
