Metals Exploration PLC25 April 2006 Metals Exploration Plc ("the Company") Result of Annual General Meeting Director change 25 April 2006 The Board of Metals Exploration Plc is pleased to announce that at the Company'sAnnual General Meeting ("AGM") held today, all resolutions proposed toshareholders were duly passed. Philip Barnett, a director of the Company who retired by rotation at the AGM,decided not to offer himself for re-election and accordingly the Company'sChairman, Steven Smith, did not put the resolution to re-elect him to theMeeting.
