Results of 2010 Annual General Meeting

Waterman Group Plc announces that at the Annual General Meeting held on 3 December 2010, all resolutions set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 27 October 2010 were duly passed. Details of the number of proxy votes cast for, against and withheld for each resolution will shortly be available on the website www.watermangroup.com.

Copies of the resolutions passed by shareholders will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
