ArmorGroup International plc26 May 2006 ArmorGroup International plc Results of AGM The Board of ArmorGroup International plc is pleased to announce that at theCompany's Annual General Meeting held today, all resolutions proposed toshareholders were duly passed. Due to an oversight during the production of the Group's Annual Report andAccounts the resolution recommending the approval of the final divided for theyear to 31 December 2005 was omitted. This resolution would have recommended the payment of a final dividend of 1.5pto those shareholders recorded on the register on 2 June with a payment date of30 June. In order to address this matter the Board has resolved to pay a further interimdividend, on the same terms as detailed in the Directors' Report, with no finaldividend being proposed. The Group will therefore pay a further interim divided of 1.5p to thoseshareholders recorded on the register on 2 June with a payment date of 30 June.
