Nature Group PLC (AIM:NGR), the provider of port reception facilities and waste treatment solutions for the oil, marine and process industries, is pleased to announce that, at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

As announced on 4 April 2016, following the Annual General Meeting, Nigel Sandy will step down from the Board, who would like to repeat their thanks for his support and guidance during his time at Nature.
