InterQuest Group plc (AIM: ITQ.L) announces the results on the resolutions put to the AGM today, all of which were held on a poll.

All resolutions were passed except for resolution 4. Accordingly, Paul Frew, has not been re-elected onto the Board of Directors.

Gary Ashworth, Non-Executive Chairman commented: "On behalf of the board I would like to thank Paul for his service over the last 10 years."
