Norcros hereby announces that at its annual general meeting held today all of the resolutions set out in the notice of the meeting despatched to Norcros shareholders on 19 June 2008 were duly passed without amendment.
Copies of the resolutions passed will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority for publication through the Document Viewing Facility.
