2 July 2009 iPoint-media plc ("the Company") Result of AGM

The Company announces that at the annual general meeting, held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

In addition Gerald Raingold, who was appointed as a non-executive director of the Company in August 2006 for a three year term, has today announced his intention to step down as a director of the Company in the near future and at a mutually convenient time.
