("RGO" or the "Company")
Result of AGM and dividend declaration
The Company is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") earlier today, all resolutions were passed.
Accordingly, we are pleased to declare the payment of a dividend for 2021 of 0.038 pence per share, equivalent to a current gross yield per share of over 4%.
The record date for this dividend will be Friday 12 August 2022, with the payment date expected to be Friday 26 August 2022. The Company's shares will become ex dividend on Thursday 11 August 2022.
