Result of AGM
Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth management and employee benefits business, announces that at the Group's Annual General Meeting held today all resolutions put to shareholders by the board (which were contained in the Notice of Meeting dated 21 September 2018) were passed unanimously on a show of hands. Resolutions 1 to 11 were ordinary resolutions and resolutions 12 to 14 were special resolutions.
