Result of Annual General Meeting
JKX Oil & Gas plc announces that at its AGM held earlier today, each of the resolutions set out in the notice of meeting were passed on a show of hands, with the exception of Resolution 9, which was passed on a poll, and Resolution 13, which was lost on a poll.
Full details of the proxy votes lodged prior to or voted on the polls held at the AGM are set out below and available on the Company's website at www.jkx.co.uk.

In accordance with the Listing Rules 9.6.2, two copies of each of the Special Resolutions passed at the AGM, numbered 12 and 14, will today be forwarded to the UKLA's Document Viewing Facility situated at 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5HS, where they will shortly be available for inspection.
