Victoria Oil & Gas Plc announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held this morning, Resolutions 1 to 4 proposed in the notice of meeting sent to shareholders dated 24 October 2013 were duly passed. Special resolution number five, relating to the disapplication of pre-emption rights, was withdrawn.
