HML announces that at the Annual General Meeting of shareholders held earlier today, all proposed resolutions were duly passed.

Following the approval by shareholders of a dividend the Company confirms that the timetable in respect of the proposed final dividend of 0.3 pence per share is as follows:

Ex-dividend date: Thursday 1 October 2015

Record Date: Friday 2 October 2015

Payment Date: Thursday 15 October 2015
