All Leisure group PLC ("ALLG") (the "Company") is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held at the Company's headquarters in Market Harborough earlier today, all 6 ordinary resolutions and all 3 special resolutions proposed were duly passed with significant majority votes.
