Marketing update

Acta S.p.A (AIM:ACTA), the clean energy products company, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held at 4.30pm yesterday all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.

The Company is also pleased to report that it is pursuing a number of commercial leads following the success of its hydrogen village at the recent European Sailing Championships in Viareggio, as announced on 10 June 2010. Acta demonstrated its integrated renewable energy product range, linking a photovoltaic canopy to Acta's low cost, easy-to-use and safe electrolyser technology, and using this to power rechargeable, consumer-accessible fuel cell products (electric mini-bikes, dinghies with electric outboard motors, and power generators).
