Annual General and Special Shareholder Meeting
INTOSOL Holdings Plc. ('INTOSOL' or the 'Company') is pleased to announce that the Annual General and Special Meeting of the Company was held today at 10 am BST to ratify resolutions by proxy voting due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
All seven resolutions put to members were passed, resolutions 1 to 3 were passed as ordinary resolutions and resolutions 4 to 7 were passed as special resolutions. The Directors and insiders abstained from voting in favour of minority shareholders.
