AGM Result

At today's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Triple Plate Junction plc ("TPJ"), all the resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.

TPJ is an AIM listed gold exploration company focussed on South East Asia.

Tony Shearer, Chairman of TPJ said "We are delighted that the shareholders have approved the resolutions put before today's AGM, and with the confidence expressed in the Board and its plans. During October and November we intend to use the powers from these resolutions to raise the funding that we need to implement these plans. "
