Result of AGM
Quadrise Fuels International plc, the emerging manufacturer and supplier of MSAR®, a low cost alternative to heavy fuel oil in the shipping, refining, and power generation markets, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions proposed to the meeting were duly passed.
