The Company announces that at its Annual General Meeting, held today, 18 November 2010, each of the Resolutions as set out in the Notice of Meeting, dated 14 September 2010, were duly passed.
Copies of the Special Resolutions passed will be submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at:
