RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Following the Annual General Meeting of the Company, which was held today, the Board is pleased to announce that all of the ordinary resolutions put to shareholders were voted on by Poll and passed. In addition, the following items of special business was also voted on by poll and passed which:
i) allow the Company to allot shares up to an aggregate nominal amount of £1,683,054 representing approximately 10% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital (excluding Treasury share);
ii) allow the company to disapply pre-emption rights on allotment of relevant securities up to an aggregate nominal amount of £1,683,054 representing approximately 10% of the issued Ordinary share capital (excluding shares held in Treasury)
iii) allow the Company to make market purchases of up to 10,091,597 Ordinary shares, representing 14.99% of the Company's issued share capital;
iv) allow the Company to call a general meeting, other than an Annual General Meeting, on no less than 14 clear days' notice; and
v) allow the Company to amend the Articles of Association.
