26 July 2011 iPoint Media Plc ("iPoint Media" or the "Company") Result of AGM

At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today all resolutions were duly passed.

Robert Hayim, Chairman stated:-

"the board of the Company has reviewed a number of opportunities for a reverse transaction within the Company's investing policy since iPoint became an investing company, however to date none of these opportunities have matured. The Company continues to seek appropriate reverse transaction opportunities"
