Result of Annual General Meeting

CAM, the natural resources-focused investment company, is pleased to announce that, at the annual general meeting ("AGM"), held today, all resolutions were duly passed.

CAM also announces that, following approval at the AGM, it can now make the necessary arrangements with the Cayman Registrar of Companies to change its name to Zoltav Resources Inc.

When the change of name has been processed by the Cayman Registrar of Companies, the Company's TIDM will change from CSB.L to ZOL.L. Accordingly, a further RNS announcement will be made to confirm when the new name becomes effective, together with the new ISIN and details of the Company's new website.
